Compass is the first modern real estate platform using disruptive tech to transform the way agents and buyers navigate the home buying process. With over 25,000 agents in 20+ U.S. markets, Compass is the future of real estate.

The Compass Marketing Team wanted to empower its agents to create memorable moments for their clients. This needed to be an elevated, on-brand, and personalized unboxing experience. This solution needed to be seamlessly integrated into Compass’s marketing portal and CRM, as these are primary tools that the agents use every day.

The solution

Giftagram worked with the Compass Marketing Team to uncover important moments of an Agent’s relationship with the buyer; closing, referrals and pivotal life events. Using these insights, Giftagram’s curators sourced and created hundreds of gifts from premium brands and local vendors. 


The gifts were merchandised onto a custom GiftCenter marketplace. Custom integrations were developed with OneLogin and Compass’s CRM making it possible for Agents to send a gift with only a few clicks. 


Giftagram built a personalization feature allowing Agents to print their own logos onto the Compass branded notecards, along with handwritten messages. Giftagram fulfills all gifts, and ships in branded packaging that includes boxes, tissue, notecards and stickers.

The results

Giftagram was able to develop a fully integrated and branded solution for Compass Agents that included everything from front-end technology to the branded boxes, notecards and delivery of gifts to clients.

Agents can take action and stay organized within their existing Compass Marketing Platform, integrate with their address book and send best-in-class gifts in a branded box with a personalized notecard, making it easy to stay top of mind and connected with clients.

Agents no longer have to hunt, pack and ship gifts. They are empowered to focus on deals and relationships by providing them a tool that sends thoughtful gifts in a few clicks.
