Job Description

Giftagram is looking for a driven, organized and passionate Operations Manager to lead our Operations Team. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive profitability and efficiency at Giftagram. As Operations Manager, you will play a hands-on role in managing core operational areas including; procurement, marketplace partners, warehouse facilities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

What you'll do


  • Customer Support: Lead our customer support team to deliver exceptional service, utilizing metrics and feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues in coordination with other departments.


  • Purchasing and Inventory: Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies and maintain optimal inventory levels, leveraging systems for accurate tracking and supplier collaboration for timely product delivery.


  • Warehouse Operations: Manage our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and coordinate logistics for improved inbound and outbound operations.


  • Partner Success and Order Fulfillment: Foster strong partner relationships and oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting ongoing programs and campaigns.


  • Operational Reporting: You will be in charge of generating and analyzing key operational reports (inventory, partner performance, merchandising, customer service) and presenting data-driven insights to senior management for informed decision-making.


  • Operational Strategy: Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple aspects of operations will be critical to the success and growth of our startup.



Qualifications


  • Extreme ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and problem solve


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment on multiple projects


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally Engineering or Business Administration


  • 3-5 years of work experience in a technology-driven environment


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams


  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
