This multifaceted marketer will oversee all aspects of marketing for Giftagram including growth strategy, driving awareness, activation, retention and referral. This position will manage our design team, freelance network and closely collaborate with our Product, Sales and Client Success teams. Reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the executive leadership team, this individual will own setting KPI’s, forecasting and reporting on results.

What you’ll do


  • Create lead generation programs for our B2B and B2C channels through organic & paid channels, including content marketing, social media, first-party channels, and ad channels


  • Develop channel and vertical-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our sales & product teams


  • Develop, execute and scale campaigns. Working with internal and external partners, you’ll brainstorm and launch new experiments, A/B test and scale the winners


  • Develop and oversee regional marketing initiatives, including events, tradeshows and conventions


  • Leverage data from multiple sources (Hubspot, internal platforms, analytics platforms, etc) to uncover insights, inform new strategies, optimize campaign performance and recommend new channels and new technologies as required


  • Manage, motivate and grow a team of marketing professionals


  • Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans to align budgets, KPI’s (CPL, CPA, MQL, revenue) and growth forecasting. You’ll work with internal and external design and copywriters to develop landing pages, blog posts, emails, social content, newsletters, etc.


  • Roll up your sleeves and dive in where needed. Like the rest of our team you’ll be hands-on helping with projects outside your job description



Qualifications


  • Extreme ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and diving deep into campaign analytics


  • A minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading diverse marketing teams, ideally with 3+ years experience in B2B marketing or demand generation


  • Experience working in SaaS-based or e-Commerce related industries is considered an asset


  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills


  • Strong data analysis & reporting skills


  • Strong storytelling skills. You can make complex concepts easy to understand and know how to write conversationally


  • Experience with Hubspot is considered an asset


  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook


  • High bias to speed and execution. We’re looking for someone ready to do what it takes to help us hit our goals
