Job Description

Giftagram is seeking a driven, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would bring a customer-obsessed mindset to drive customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience from onboarding through to campaign execution and beyond. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving long-term value.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Curation, Product, and Operations teams to manage and execute thoughtful gifting programs, support client needs, resolve issues, and ensure each engagement exceeds expectations. You’ll also identify expansion opportunities within your accounts, contributing to client revenue growth and retention.

What You'll Do


  • Program Execution: Understand each client’s goals, brand, and preferences to lead the execution of corporate gifting campaigns from proposal through delivery.


  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new customers by providing them with product training, assisting with account setup, and ensuring they have all the necessary resources to get started.


  • Customer Support: Serve as the day-to-day contact for your client portfolio, providing timely and strategic support. Help resolve customer challenges, monitor the health of customer accounts, identify red flags, and proactively mitigate churn risks.


  • Customer Experience: Work closely with the Account Management Team to help customers recognize value by supporting order fulfillment, reporting, ensuring positive and proactive communications, and supporting customer leads.


  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Giftagram’s products and services to guide customers and answer their questions accurately and effectively.


  • Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.


  • Growth Initiatives: Identify upsell opportunities, speak with customers, help to manage routine renewal flows, coordinate meetings, and executive business review meetings.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Experience maintaining customer relationships 


  • Excellent project management skills in managing multiple customer accounts


  • Organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment


  • Experience working with Google Suite and Hubspot is considered an asset


  • Quick learner and are excited to take on challenging new projects


  • Eager to grow your expertise in client services, business development, and strategic account management


  • Minimum of 1 year of client-facing experience
