Giftagram is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Account Executive to join our growing sales team to help build and run our outbound sales playbook. This key role requires creativity, resilience and adaptability to create new business opportunities and acquire mission-aligned customers. The role is best suited for entrepreneurial people who have a track record of sales excellence and are committed to continuous improvement and personal growth.

What you'll do


  • Partner with revenue leadership to develop and execute a world-class outbound sales process


  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close, leveraging our Curation & Marketing teams where appropriate


  • Generate new sales opportunities through creative outbound efforts across high potential verticals


  • Partner with SDR team to engage and close qualified inbound leads


  • Deploy an intelligent sales discovery process and tailor our solutions to different buyer personas across HR, Marketing and Sales


  • Develop and run data-driven experiments to continuously evolve our outbound and broader GTM efforts



Qualifications


  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience


  • History of personal and professional excellence


  • Ownership mentality - constantly thinking of ways to exceed your goals


  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills


  • Growth mindset and comfortable in a rapidly evolving startup environment
