Job Description
Giftagram is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy Account Coordinator to support our enterprise clients. As an Account Coordinator, you will assist the Account Team in overseeing clients and their gifting by executing daily tasks that drive the success of client satisfaction and growth. The Account Coordinator is a client-facing role who will deliver ongoing support and guidance.
What you'll do
Work with Account Team with promoting client satisfaction, product adoption, retention and renewals
Communicate regularly with clients to provide product updates and client level support
Assist Account Team in managing internal processes, meetings, timelines and approvals
Work effectively with cross functional teams (curation, merchandising, procurement etc) our warehouses and vendors to support in executing client campaigns
Be adaptable and flexible – as part of an early-stage hyper growth company, we are rapidly growing out our process but we want to you to help shape our account management process
Qualifications
Extreme ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and getting creative
You are thoughtful and customer-oriented
Experience in a client-facing role
Strong organizational skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts
Experience with Google Suite, Monday.com, Hubspot
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop an asset
