How JLL saved 200+ hours of work for their Holiday Gifting Program

Laurel Chick, Senior Marketing Manager for the US Valuation team, was tasked with the holiday gifting program: 525 gifts for clients and employees. But the existing process was inefficient and inconsistent. Teams would handle gifting independently sending different gifts and messaging. There was no way to track spend across the organization.

Laurel needed a gifting company with a tech-savvy solution: a way to collect addresses, track the entire program and send on-brand gifts for Christmas and Hanukkah. And she needed it fast.
