Giftagram works in partnership with UPS to counterbalance the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the transport of our packages through carbon offsetting. This means that for every ton of CO2 a package produces in transportation, an equivalent amount of CO2 is saved by a verified emission reduction project somewhere else in the world. By participating in the UPS carbon neutral program, we will be supporting emissions reduction projects that help mitigate the climate impact of shipping our parcels. To check your order status, simply log in to the account associated with your gift. Go to your Orders page to view the status specific to your order. You will also receive email notifications on the status of your order, once the gift has shipped and delivered.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the recipient accepts their gift. The gift will be shipped using Standard Ground Shipping, and both the sender and recipient will receive email notifications when the item is shipped and delivered.
Please note that some items may have different shipping times. Please check the product details page, right below the "Gift This" button, for specific shipping windows. For items like flowers or perishables, which are delivered by local courier, our customer service team will reach out to the recipient to schedule a suitable delivery time.

To sign up for a free Giftagram Basic account, fill out the GiftCenter set up form here and select “Get Started for Free” under the Giftagram Basic plan, then follow the sign up instructions.
Tax requirements for gifts depend on the gift's value and the recipient's location, either in Canada or the USA.
In the USA, tangible gifts, like gift baskets or company swag, are taxable if they exceed $75 in value. Employers must include the gift's value in the employee's wages and withhold the necessary taxes. Find more information here.
In Canada, non-cash gifts under $500 or gifts and awards given in recognition of an achievement are not considered taxable benefits. However, if the gift value exceeds $500, it must be included in the employee's income and taxed as part of their salary or wages. Find more information here.

Absolutely! We can house and manage your existing inventory in our warehouse as well as combine them with fresh items to craft a unique gift bundle.
Shipping & Returns
Worry not! There's no need to know your recipient's mailing address in advance. You can simply send the gift via email or by a shareable gift link. Upon receiving a notification about your thoughtful gift, your recipient can input their shipping details through the notification.
We strive for satisfaction, and although we rarely encounter returns, email our Customer Service team at giftcenter@giftagram.com to assist with any return requests. For more information on what can be returned, click here.
Order Created Once you have placed your order on GiftCenter, your order status will appear as “Order Created". If you sent the gift via address, your credit card will be charged at checkout. If you sent the gift via email, your credit card will be charged only after the recipient accepts their gift.
Order Confirmed If you sent your gift direct to address, your order status will appear as “Order Confirmed” right at checkout. If you sent your gift via email, your status will only appear as “Order Confirmed” once your recipient has accepted their gift.
Once the recipient enters their address, the order will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will stay in “Order Confirmed”. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Shipped Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Order Shipped." Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
Order Received Once your order has been delivered to your recipient, the order status will appear as “Order Received”.

Yes, curated GiftCenters are available with our Plus and Bespoke plans. With these plans, you'll receive personalized support from a dedicated account manager who will collaborate with our curation team to create a tailored GiftCenter filled with unique and thoughtful gifts suitable for your gifting needs.
Integrations
Giftagram integrates with leading HCM systems including Workday, BambooHR, ADP, and HiBob. We are continually expanding our integration options as part of our product roadmap. If you require an integration not currently on our list, this can be requested through your Account Manager or email giftcenter@giftagram.com.
Giftagram currently integrates with a variety of Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms including Google, Microsoft Azure, Okta 1Login, Auth0, and are constantly working to expand our SSO integrations. If you need an integration that is not currently available, please reach out to your Account Manager or email giftcenter@giftagram.com.
Giftagram currently integrates with popular CRM systems Salesforce and Hubspot, with plans to continually add more integrations. If you’re interested in an integration not presently on our list, this can be requested through your Account Manager or at giftcenter@giftagram.com.

Personal Gifting
You can download Giftagram for iPhone or iPad from the App Store.
No, you do not need to create an account to browse Giftagram. A full selection is available to view on our webpage. To browse Giftagram’s full curated selection of gifts within the app, you will need to create an account.

Some items do have different shipping times. Specific shipping windows are listed on the product details page, directly below the “gift this” button. Certain items such as flowers or perishables are delivered by local courier. In these instances, a member of our customer service team will contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time.

Orders
Giftagram operates a separate US and Canadian store. If you would like to send a gift to a friend in Canada from the US, or vice versa, simply select the relevant store from the drop down menu at the top of the home page.
All prices are listed in local currency (i.e. USD for the US store, and CAD for the Canadian store). At this time Giftagram only offers delivery in the US and Canada.
Once you have found a gift you love, sending it is as easy as three clicks! Simply tap “gift this” and select the recipient from your list of contacts. You can also add a new contact by clicking “create recipient.”
Once you have selected your recipient, you can choose to notify them by either text or email, as well as enter a personal message to be included along with the notification.
You can also send a Giftagram to yourself by choosing “myself” from your contact list, or send direct to an address by clicking the “by address” button at the top of the screen, selecting your contact, and entering their shipping details.
Giftagram will only process payment for an order once it has been accepted by the recipient. If your recipient does not accept their Giftagram, you will not be charged.
However, if you choose to send an order “direct to address” (with no gift notification), the order is considered confirmed as soon as it is placed and payment will be processed at that time.
Once you have placed an order, you can follow its progress in the “order status” section of the app (which can be accessed from the “more” menu).
Here you will be able to see up to date information on all orders placed on your account, including whether your gift has been accepted by the recipient, shipping details, and delivery status.
On the checkout screen, you will be presented with a summary of the estimated cost for your order, including any applicable shipping costs. These details may change depending on any applicable local taxes in the region your Giftagram is being delivered.
No payment is processed until a Giftagram is accepted by the recipient (once they have provided their preferred shipping address). Once your Giftagram has been accepted you will be emailed a pdf copy of the receipt. You will never be charged for an unaccepted Giftagram.
Please note that when sending a Giftagram “direct to address,” your order is considered confirmed once it is placed.

We charge $12 for standard ground shipping in Canada and the USA. Alcohol and perishables have incremental shipping charges.
If the gift you are sending has an extra associated shipping fee, it will be noted during the checkout process.
You may return an item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the item provided that it is unused, in good condition and still in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please contact hello@giftagram.com and our customer success team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has arrived at the vendor and its’ condition is verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that returns are not available for perishable goods (i.e. flowers or food items).
If an item is delivered that is incorrect, damaged or otherwise in poor condition, a replacement or refund will be provided. In this case, please contact hello@giftagram.com. If possible include a photograph of the item for our reference. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Credits & Promotions
Share your unique Giftagram code with your friends and get free gifts! When your friend enters your share and earn code they will receive $5 in Giftagram credits, and once they send a Giftagram you will receive $5 in credits too. Find your own personal code under the “Free Gifts” tab.
Please note that a user is only eligible to redeem a share and earn code if they have not previously redeemed any promo code.
To redeem a promo code, go to the “more” section of the app and select “My Credits/Promo Code.” This will take you to the “credits” section of the app. Here you will see your current credit balance displayed. Your credits will automatically be applied to your next order.
To redeem a promo code, enter the code and click the “redeem code” button.
Please note that Giftagram does require you to enter a payment method (i.e. credit card) before you can make a purchase. Not to worry, your credit card will not be charged if the value of credits that you have in your account are greater than the total for your order. As well, any credits remaining in your account will automatically be applied you your next order!

Any Giftagram credits in your account will automatically be applied to your order! If you need to cancel your order, any credits applied will be returned to your account.
