Dillon's seven botanical base is infused with rose hips and rose petals to create this flavourful spirit. The nose is fragrant and complex with a bouquet of roses, citrus, balsam and cinnamon which carry on to a viscous palate that ends with a subtle sweetness. This set also includes both DSB and Blackcurrant Bitters to get creative with your cocktails.

- DSB Bitters: A hard working multi-purpose bitters. Starts with locally-grown cherries, add a mixture of 11 herbs and spices, and there is Dillons' take on a classic aromatic bitters. Aroma of cherries, with overtones of vanilla, cloves, allspice, and cassia providing the complex of flavours and scents.

- Blackcurrant Bitters: A rich bitters created from only natural botanicals and fresh black currants. Made using black currants sourced from Peter Dillon’s home garden, it brings the perfect addition to a gin & tonic with muddled fresh currants.
