Hella Bitter put together a kit with everything you'll need make your own bitters at home, including a custom machined funnel and strainer, infusing jars and dropper bottles, along with their proprietary mix of herbs, spices, bittering agents, and dried fruit peel.

Here's how it works: Acquire a spirit to serve as the base for your bitters (vodka is a great place to start). Combine the alcohol with one of the included spice blends in an infusing jar. Let that steep for 21 days, shaking the jar every other day. After patiently waiting for three weeks, strain the bitters into one of the dropper bottles. You have enough for two bottles of each flavor, so you can share with friends (or keep more for yourself).
