This Notice does not govern Giftagram's consumer ecommerce website, retail mobile app, personal gifting, or consumer storefronts, which are covered by the .

Giftagram and our service providers may use standard industry technologies, including ecommerce and checkout cookies, Shopify and storefront technologies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, CRM and marketing automation tools, email engagement technologies, fraud-prevention tools, customer support tools, heatmaps or session analytics from time to time, and mobile app SDKs.

Depending on the Platform Services used by a client, we may process the following categories of personal information.

INSERT TABLE Client administrator and business contact information

Name, business email, business phone number, employer, title, account role, permissions, login details, billing contacts, support communications, and CRM records.

Purpose: Required for core functionality, security, fraud prevention, account login, cart, checkout, gift redemption, payment processing, and load balancing.

Choices: These cannot generally be disabled because the services may not work without them.

Preferences

Giftagram does not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising or analytics activities may be considered "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out as described below.

7. Global Privacy Control and Universal Opt-Out Signals

Where required by applicable law, Giftagram will recognize browser-based universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. Because these signals are browser- or device-specific, you may need to enable them on each browser and device you use.

8. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

At this time, you can manage non-essential cookies through your browser controls or by contacting us directly. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies through their settings menus. If you disable certain cookies, some features of the services may not function properly, including account login, cart, checkout, gift redemption, or security features.

Transactional and service-related emails — such as gift notifications, order confirmations, redemption messages, delivery updates, security notices, and support messages — may still be sent.

11. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To submit a privacy choices request, you may enable a recognized universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, use your browser or device controls, unsubscribe from marketing emails where applicable, or contact legal@giftagram.com.

If you contact us directly, please describe the request and the service, storefront, email, or platform account involved so we can process it appropriately.
