What is Giftagram?
Giftagram’s mobile app is the easiest way to send gifts straight from your smartphone or tablet. We curate a collection of gifts from local and national partners that are leaders in lifestyle and design.
All you need to do is choose the gift you like on the app, select your contact and hit send. We take care of the rest, coordinating with your recipient to ship to their preferred address and delivering your perfect gift.
Where can I download Giftagram?
You can download Giftagram for iPhone or iPad from the App Store, and for Android devices from the Google Play Store.
Do I have to create an account to browse Giftagram?
To browse Giftagram’s full curated selection of gifts, you will need to download Giftagram and create an account. However, if you would like to get an idea of the type of gifts we feature check out our Instagram (@Giftagram).
I’m a brand and I want to sell on Giftagram - where do I start?

What are the benefits of syncing my contacts with Giftagram?
By syncing your contacts with Giftagram, you can use the information already stored on your device to make sending your friends gifts even easier!
Can I change the email associated with my account?
To modify the email associated with your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team can assist you.
How do I customize my Giftagram profile?
To customize your Giftagram profile, click on the “More” button at the bottom of the app screen, and select “Profile.” Once you click the “Edit” button you will be able to modify your personal information including name, phone number, email address, and physical address.
You can also modify your preferred store (i.e. The USA/Canada), as well as upload a custom profile picture. When your recipient receives their gift notification, your profile picture will be included with the gift message!
Can I save items for later?
Yes! Simply click the heart icon next to the gift you want to save, and you can quickly find it later by clicking on the “heart” list icon at the bottom of the app.
As well, you can share items you like with friends via text, email or social media by clicking the share icon (next to the heart icon).

Your Giftagram Order
How do I place an order?
Once you have found a gift you love, sending it is as easy as three clicks! Simply tap “gift this” and select the recipient from your list of contacts. You can also add a new contact by clicking “create recipient.”
Once you have selected your recipient, you can choose to notify them by either text or email, as well as enter a personal message to be included along with the notification.
You can also send a Giftagram to yourself by choosing “myself” from your contact list, or send direct to an address by clicking the “by address” button at the top of the screen, selecting your contact, and entering their shipping details.
When will I be charged for my order?
Giftagram will only process payment for an order once it has been accepted by the recipient. If your recipient does not accept their Giftagram, you will not be charged.
However, if you choose to send an order “direct to address” (with no gift notification), the order is considered confirmed as soon as it is placed and payment will be processed at that time.
Do you ship across national borders?
Giftagram operates a separate US and Canadian store. If you would like to send a gift to a friend in Canada from the US, or vice versa, simply select the relevant store from the drop down menu at the top of the home page.
All prices are listed in local currency (i.e. USD for the US store, and CAD for the Canadian store). At this time Giftagram only offers delivery in the US and Canada.
I’m having problems with an order, what can I do?

Will I get a receipt when I place an order?
On the checkout screen, you will be presented with a summary of the estimated cost for your order, including any applicable shipping costs. These details may change depending on any applicable local taxes in the region your Giftagram is being delivered.
No payment is processed until a Giftagram is accepted by the recipient (once they have provided their preferred shipping address). Once your Giftagram has been accepted you will be emailed a pdf copy of the receipt. You will never be charged for an unaccepted Giftagram.
Please note that when sending a Giftagram “direct to address,” your order is considered confirmed once it is placed.
How can I make sure my order went through?
Once you have placed an order, you can follow its progress in the “order status” section of the app (which can be accessed from the “more” menu).
Here you will be able to see up to date information on all orders placed on your account, including whether your gift has been accepted by the recipient, shipping details, and delivery status.
Credit And Promotions
How does ‘Share and Earn’ work?
Share your unique Giftagram code with your friends and get free gifts! When your friend enters your share and earn code they will receive 15 Giftagram credits, and once they send a Giftagram you will receive 15 credits too. Find your own personal code under the “Free Gifts” tab.
Please note that a user is only eligible to redeem a share and earn code if they have not previously redeemed any promo code.
How do I redeem a promo code?
To redeem a promo code, go to the “more” section of the app and select “My Credits/Promo Code.” This will take you to the “credits” section of the app. Here you will see your current credit balance displayed. Your credits will automatically be applied to your next order.
To redeem a promo code, enter the code and click the “redeem code” button.
Please note that Giftagram does require you to enter a payment method (i.e. credit card) before you can make a purchase. Not to worry, your credit card will not be charged if the value of credits that you have in your account are greater than the total for your order. As well, any credits remaining in your account will automatically be applied you your next order!
Why am I getting an error message when I try to redeem my promo code?
If you experience any difficulties redeeming your code, please contact email@example.com and a member of our team can assist. Please note that Giftagram only allows one promo code per user.
I have Giftagram credits. How do I use them?
Any Giftagram credits in your account will automatically be applied to your order! If you need to cancel your order, any credits applied will be returned to your account.
Shipping And Returns
How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed for any reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer service team will assist.
When will my Giftagram arrive?
Most items on the app ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is confirmed by the recipient. The sender and recipient will both be notified by email when the item is shipped, as well as when the Giftagram arrives.
Some items do have different shipping times. Specific shipping windows are listed on the product details page, directly below the “gift this” button. Certain items such as flowers or perishables are delivered by local courier. In these instances, a member of our customer service team will contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the item provided that it is unused, in good condition and still in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please contact email@example.com and our customer success team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has arrived at the vendor and its’ condition is verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that returns are not available for perishable goods (i.e. flowers or food items).
If an item is delivered that is incorrect, damaged or otherwise in poor condition, a replacement or refund will be provided. In this case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible include a photograph of the item for our reference. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
