Our Policy

Our designs and inventory are always changing. Due to availability of products and the season differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary.
We guarantee a beautifully designed basket every time. Our reputation depends on it.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Gift-A-Gram reserves the right to cancel or postpone delivery of an order.
Should such a situation arise, you will be notified by Gift-A-Gram.

Quantities on some items are limited during the holiday season.
Avoid disappointments by placing your orders early.
Please note our special deadlines for the holiday seaon if you would like them to arrive before December 24th;

Canada:
   BC, Nfld, Labrador : Dec 12th
   Alta., Sask., Man., PEI, NB & NS; Dec 15th
   Ont, Qc: Dec 20th

USA:
   West Coast States: Dec 9th
   Central States: Dec 11th
   East Coast States: Dec 13th

Weather Conditions:
Unforeseen weather conditions can hamper deliveries.
Consider an earlier delivery date account for severe and unexpected winter storms.

Perishable Items:
During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates & perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates,
fruits and bakery items arrive fresh.
Any gift such as fresh fruits or perishable products must be shipped via 2 Day or Next Day Air.
Although this is more costly, it is the only way to ensure that the gift will arrive fresh.
