Montreal & Surrounding Area:
Local deliveries take place 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 9h00 to 17h00 regular fees.
Extra fees are applicable for deliveries done Monday to Friday after 17h00 and also for Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

Quebec & Ontario:
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.

Western Canada, Prairies, Maritimes & Northern Territories:
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

As a service to our customer, we offer Fedex ground shipping in Canada and UPS in the United States.
Unless another shipping preference is specified 3rd party billing.
All orders placed Monday-Friday by 10h30 EST, can be shipped same day.
All orders placed after 10h30 EST, will be shipped the next business day.
Please be certain your delivery address (including spelling, suite or apartment numbers) are correct, as additional fees will apply for redelivering, rerouting, returning or reshipping due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
